Masro Construction Ltd
Masro Construction is a London-based principal contractor delivering high-quality new build, conversion, refurbishment and specialist construction projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors.
We work with architects, developers, property investors, quantity surveyors and commercial property owners who demand precision, programme certainty and a contractor that takes full ownership of the result. Our directly employed site teams and project managers work with you to manage and control every critical stage — with senior director involvement on every project and full transparency throughout.
Masro Construction delivers the full structural envelope — above and below ground — on new build, conversion, refurbishment and commercial projects across London and the Home Counties. Our range of services covers everything from groundworks and structural steel through to specialist finishes and MEP installation.
Our skilled site teams are employed directly by us — not sub-contracted — and take pride in delivering your vision to the highest standard.
We maintain full transparency throughout every project. You will always know where you stand — on programme, on budget, on quality.
Every project receives direct senior director input — ensuring continuity of accountability, clarity of decision-making and a single point of authority from first instruction to handover.
Our reputation is built on solving complex engineering challenges. We bring answers to the table, not issues.
Our work at 2 Albion Grove, Stoke Newington is one of a number of our residential projects recognised by the industry — selected and featured in RIBA Residential Magazine 23/24.
Every project we deliver is held to the same exacting standard — whether it's a £50k home refurbishment or a £1m new build. We don't distinguish between clients. The level of care, craft and attention to detail is constant.
Residential, commercial and mixed-use construction across London and the Home Counties
A 4-storey new build block of apartments with basement, including the renovation of 2 existing maisonettes. The basement is nestled between two neighbouring buildings and called for an unprecedented level of coordination and precision. The project was selected and featured by RIBA in their Residential Magazine 23/24. Architect: Mark Fairhurst Architects.

Masro Construction rebuilt and completed an existing mews house with the addition of a single deck basement, gym and media theatre. The property was reconstructed to a very high standard with rooms featuring balconies, a host of new technologies and fine finishes. Every piece of available space was optimised to maximum effect.

Working with architects who demand a contractor that reads drawings properly, raises issues early and delivers the design intent without compromise. We have an established track record collaborating with London's leading practices.
You need a contractor who understands that programme is money and cost certainty matters from day one. Masro Construction brings development awareness to every project — we understand viability, phasing and the commercial pressures behind every scheme.
Where a project requires specialist capability beyond your current resource, Masro Construction can provide targeted support — structural, groundworks, basement construction, steel fabrication or specialist finishes.
Your home is the most significant project you will ever commission. We treat it that way. You will have direct access to senior directors from first conversation to final handover.
Commercial space needs to be generating income. We work efficiently, to agreed programmes, with minimum disruption to your business or tenants. From office refurbishment and change of use to full commercial rebuilds.
We understand the demands placed on quantity surveyors — accurate cost reporting, programme compliance and contractor accountability. Masro Construction makes your role easier by maintaining full transparency on costs, variations and progress from the outset.
Tell us about your project. We'll respond within 48 hours.
